I had a blast at Radio City last night! Ashy Larry was the opening act for Trish Toledo and he was hilarious! The DJ then played some classic tunes, kicking off the party. Trish Toledo took the stage and the crowd went wild. The crowd's energy seemed to help him get comfortable with his stand-up routine. He appeared to be a reflective, keen man. I was in stitches thanks to TRISH TOLEDO. His comedic stories covered current events, family anecdotes, and life out of the limelight. He performed for an hour, longer than his previous show as confirmed by a friend. I was thoroughly impressed. After a lengthy break, I took a quick bathroom break and grabbed some wine before returning just in time for Ms. Erykah Badu, also known as fatbellybella. WOW is all I can say. Erykah ended the show flawlessly, singing her greatest hits and revisiting Baduism before bidding us farewell. The audience called for an encore, and she returned to perform my favorite song, Bag Lady. She was AMAZING! This show left me feeling fulfilled, happy, thrilled, and content. It was an outstanding experience that I enjoyed every second of. I can't wait to see Trish Toledo again next time he visits NYC!
